Cosmetic Filling Machines

Our cosmetic filling machines handle a wide viscosity range from water-thin serums (1 cps) to thick body butters (200,000 cps). Products include face cream, body lotion, shampoo, conditioner, perfume, lip gloss, nail polish, gel, serum, and foundation. Each machine is configurable for specific viscosity and container requirements.

Our servo-driven piston filling machines achieve ±0.5% accuracy for creams and lotions (5ml–5,000ml range). Perfume and low-viscosity liquid fillers achieve ±0.3% accuracy using vacuum anti-drip technology. These specifications exceed typical industry requirements of ±1%.

Yes. All product-contact parts are manufactured from SUS316L stainless steel or FDA-approved materials. Machines meet GMP standards with CIP (Clean-In-Place) systems, smooth weld-free surfaces, and hygienic design. CE certification is standard; cleanroom-compatible configurations are available.

Changeover between product types typically takes 15–30 minutes with our quick-release filling heads and tool-free disassembly design. For color cosmetics requiring thorough cleaning, we recommend CIP systems that automate the cleaning cycle in under 20 minutes.

There is no minimum order quantity — we supply single machines to complete production lines. Standard cosmetic filling machines have a 4–6 week lead time. Customized systems with special configurations require 8–12 weeks. Factory acceptance testing (FAT) is included before shipment.

Standard filling machines are optimized for specific container formats. However, we offer modular multi-format lines where filling heads and conveyor sections can be swapped for different containers (bottles, tubes, jars). This reduces capital investment for manufacturers with diverse product ranges.
