ProteSul Ingredients S.A. is a leading Brazilian producer of soy protein isolate (SPI 90%) and soy protein concentrate (SPC 70%), supplying food and beverage manufacturers across the EU and South America. As EU importers tightened protein quality requirements under FSSC 22000, ProteSul needed to replace their open-top bag filling station with a food-grade big bag filling machine capable of nitrogen-flush atmosphere inside the FIBC to protect oxidation-sensitive protein compounds during filling and sealed transport.
