Avantages

🧊

Gravity + Flow Meter Fill

Two fill principles in one machine — gravity for high-speed water lines up to 36,000 BPH; electromagnetic flow meter for ±0.3% accuracy across all head counts. Switch by recipe selection on HMI — no tools, no parts change, under 2 minutes.

🔬

NSF/3-A Sanitary CIP + UV

Full clean-in-place circuit (rinse → caustic → acid → sanitize) runs without disassembly in under 90 minutes. UV lamp arrays for continuous-flow disinfection + optional ozone generation. Meets NSF/ANSI 3-A, FDA 21 CFR and EU Regulation (EC) 1935/2004.

🪣

5-Gallon Dispenser Bottle Mode

Dedicated inverted-rinse station and dive-nozzle fill for large-format 5-gallon (18.9 L) polycarbonate bottles. Handles 100–400 bottles/hr in 5-gallon mode with automatic capping for snap-on and screw-type caps.

FAQ

What types of water filling machines are available?
Small still water filler (1,000–3,000 BPH): for small water brands, table-top and office water. Standard water bottling line (3,000–12,000 BPH): for regional water brands and beverage co-packers. High-speed water filling line (12,000–36,000+ BPH): for national water brands and large-scale plants. 5-gallon water dispenser bottle filler: for office and home water delivery — 5-gallon PC or PET bottles filled at 200–600 bottles/hr. Bulk water filling (20L–1,000L): for industrial water dispensing, water vending and tanker filling.
How do you sanitise a water filling machine?
Water filling machines use multiple sanitation methods: (1) CIP (clean-in-place): automated chemical sanitisation with caustic and acid wash through all product-contact surfaces, daily or weekly cycle. (2) Ozone sanitisation: ozone (O₃) is dissolved into the product water before filling — ozone oxidises bacteria and viruses, then naturally dissipates; no chemical residue. (3) UV disinfection: UV lamps irradiate the water as it passes through the fill manifold, providing continuous biological decontamination. (4) 0.2µm or 0.45µm membrane filtration upstream of the filler removes bacteria and particulates. A combination of UV + membrane filtration + ozone is used in high-purity water bottling plants.
What is the difference between gravity filling and flow meter filling for water?
Gravity filling: liquid flows by gravity from a constant-head tank into the container. Fill volume is controlled by a float valve or time-based valve open period. Simple and low-cost, but accuracy is ±0.5%–±1% and is sensitive to liquid temperature changes and product viscosity. Best for water-thin liquids at moderate speeds. Flow meter filling: an electromagnetic flow meter measures the exact volume (or a Coriolis meter measures mass) of each fill. Accuracy ±0.2%–±0.3%. Not affected by temperature or viscosity variation. Higher cost but more accurate and consistent — the preferred method for branded water and premium water bottling where declared volume compliance is required.
Can a water filling machine fill 5-gallon bottles?
Yes. 5-gallon (18.9-litre) water dispenser bottle fillers are a dedicated product category. These machines: invert and rinse the bottle before filling; fill from the bottom up using a long dive nozzle to reduce splashing and foaming; cap the bottle with a snap-on tamper-evident cap; and may include an ionised air rinser and UV sanitisation step. Speed: 200–600 bottles/hr for 5-gallon. The 5-gallon format requires a separate filling machine from regular bottle lines due to the inverted rinse requirement and the much larger fill volume per cycle.
What is the price of a water filling machine?
Small inline water filler (1,000–3,000 BPH, 2–4 heads): $10,000–$25,000. Standard rotary water bottling line (3,000–8,000 BPH, rinse + fill + cap): $50,000–$120,000. High-speed rotary water line (12,000–20,000 BPH): $150,000–$350,000. 5-gallon bottle filling machine (200–600 BPH): $12,000–$35,000. Prices vary by speed, bottle type, sanitation options and automation level. Contact us with your water type, bottle size and daily production target.
