Avantages

🎯

Servo Piston ±0.3% Accuracy

Servo-driven piston with encoder feedback delivers ±0.3% volumetric accuracy across all heads simultaneously. Real-time SPC monitors fill-volume trends and auto-corrects head-by-head — no manual adjustments required between changeovers.

🔄

2–16 Heads, Inline or Rotary

Modular head design scales from 2-head inline (1,000 BPH) up to 16-head inline (12,000 BPH) or high-speed rotary configuration. Same fill-head technology across all configurations delivers consistent accuracy at any production scale.

💧

Anti-Drip Vacuum Suck-Back

Positive shut-off nozzles with vacuum suck-back eliminate post-fill dripping, prevent product waste and keep the conveyor clean. Critical for thin liquids, fragrances, high-value cosmetics and pharmaceutical oral liquids.

FAQ

What bottle types does a bottle filling machine handle?
Bottle filling machines handle round, oval, flat and custom-shaped bottles in PET, HDPE, PP, glass and aluminium. Capacity ranges from 30 ml (small personal care) to 5,000 ml (large household or industrial). Round bottles are simplest — no orientation needed. Non-round bottles require a timing screw or orientation system at the in-feed. Glass bottles need soft-contact guides and reduced speed to prevent breakage.
What is the difference between inline and rotary bottle fillers?
Inline bottle fillers move bottles in a straight line through 2–16 fill heads mounted over the conveyor. They are flexible (easy bottle changeover), lower cost and ideal for 30–6,000 bottles/hr. Rotary bottle fillers use a rotating carousel with 6–24+ heads for continuous motion filling at 3,000–60,000 bottles/hr. Choose inline for multi-product flexibility; choose rotary for single-product high-volume lines.
How accurate is a bottle filling machine?
Servo piston bottle filler in normal production: ±0.3%–±0.5% volumetric. Flow meter filling for thin liquids (water, juice): ±0.2%–±0.3%. Net-weight filling for premium products: ±0.1%–±0.2% by weight. Anti-drip nozzles and product temperature control maintain ±0.3% consistently. For declared-volume products (EU Directive 2009/34/EC or US NIST HB 133), use net-weight filling with a downstream checkweigher.
Can a bottle filling machine run thin liquids and thick sauces?
Yes, with different fill principles. Thin liquids (<500 cP): gravity or flow meter filler. Medium viscosity (500–10,000 cP, sauces, shampoo): piston filler. Thick products (>10,000 cP, ketchup, mayonnaise): piston filler with large-bore nozzle and heated hopper. A single machine can be configured for a viscosity range, or interchangeable fill heads supplied for multiple product types.
What is the price of a bottle filling machine?
Semi-automatic 2-head bottle filler (30 ml–1,000 ml): $3,000–$8,000. Automatic inline 4-head bottle filler with conveyor: $15,000–$35,000. Automatic 8-head inline filler with servo drives: $35,000–$70,000. Complete 4-head filling line (filler + capper + labeller): $50,000–$120,000. Rotary bottle filler 12–20 heads (200–500 BPM): $80,000–$250,000. Contact us with your bottle type, fill volume and target speed for an accurate quote.
How long does bottle format changeover take?
Same bottle, different fill volume: 5–10 min (update recipe on HMI). Same diameter, different height: 10–20 min (adjust nozzle height and guide rail). Different diameter: 20–45 min (change guide rails, bottle plates, nozzle spacing). Complete format change: 30–60 min (may include CIP flush). Servo-driven machines with motorised adjustment reduce changeover to 15–30 min by storing all positions in the recipe.
