Características principais
Multi-Format Tube Compatibility
One machine handles aluminum, LDPE plastic, and multi-layer laminated tubes without major conversion. Tube diameter range 13–60mm, fill volume 3–500ml. Quick-change tooling enables format switching in under 15 minutes — reducing downtime between product changeovers.
Ultrasonic + Hot-Air Dual Sealing
Ultrasonic sealing creates a molecularly bonded tail seal on plastic and laminated tubes — superior aesthetics and seal integrity vs standard hot-bar sealing. Hot-air sealing option for high-volume applications. Fold-and-crimp sealing for aluminum tubes with automatic tail embossing for batch code and date printing.
GMP Pharmaceutical Grade
Constructed from SUS316L with electropolished product-contact surfaces (Ra ≤ 0.4μm). Full IQ/OQ/PQ validation documentation available for pharmaceutical customers. CIP/SIP cleaning ports, 21 CFR Part 11 compliant electronic batch records, and ATEX-rated electrical panels available for solvent-based products.
Perguntas frequentes
What types of tubes does the tube filling and sealing machine handle?▾
Our tube filling and sealing machines handle aluminum tubes (13–60mm diameter), plastic tubes (LDPE/LLDPE, 13–60mm), and laminated tubes (cosmetic & pharmaceutical grade). Aluminum tube models use fold-and-crimp sealing. Plastic and laminated tube models use hot-air or ultrasonic sealing for a clean tail seal.
What products can be filled into tubes?▾
Tube filling machines are suitable for: cosmetic creams and lotions, toothpaste, ointments and pharmaceutical gels, hand cream and body lotion, hair color and styling creams, food products (mayonnaise, tomato paste, condiments), and industrial adhesives. Viscosity range: 500–200,000 cps. Abrasive or particle-filled products require special nozzle configurations.
What is the production speed of a tube filling and sealing machine?▾
Standard automatic tube filling and sealing lines achieve 1,500–3,000 tubes/hour for standard cosmetic tubes (20mm–40mm diameter). High-speed models achieve 4,000–6,000 tubes/hour. Semi-automatic models are available from 600–1,200 tubes/hour for smaller production runs. Actual speed depends on tube diameter, fill volume, and product viscosity.
What is the difference between aluminum and plastic tube filling machines?▾
Aluminum tube filling machines use fold-and-crimp tail sealing — mechanically folding the open end 2–3 times. This creates an airtight, tamper-evident seal ideal for pharmaceutical ointments and premium cosmetics. Plastic and laminated tube filling machines use hot-air (110–250°C) or ultrasonic sealing which creates a heat-bonded tail seal. Both can be combined in a hybrid machine for production flexibility.
Can the machine print batch codes and expiry dates on tubes?▾
Yes. Tube filling and sealing machines can be integrated with inline date coders (thermal inkjet, hot stamping, or laser coder) to print batch numbers, manufacturing dates, and expiry dates on the sealed tail or tube body. Printing occurs immediately after sealing before discharge, ensuring 100% code traceability.
Is your tube filling machine GMP compliant for pharmaceutical use?▾
Yes. Our pharmaceutical-grade tube filling and sealing machines are constructed with SUS316L product-contact surfaces, meet FDA 21 CFR Part 11 requirements for electronic batch records, and are designed for CIP (Clean-In-Place) and SIP (Sterilize-In-Place) cleaning. We can supply full IQ/OQ/PQ validation documentation for pharmaceutical customers.
