Enchedora de produtos químicos
Enchedora química certificada ATEX Zona 1/2 para ácidos, álcalis, solventes e químicos especiais. ±0,2%, 1L–200L. CE, ATEX e IECEx.
Características chave
ATEX Zone 1/2 Full System Certification
Complete system ATEX certification covers every electrical component: servo drives, motors, sensors, control panel, pumps and conveyors. Certification grade: Ex d IIB T4 Gb (Zone 1) for continuous explosive atmosphere; Ex ec IIC T4 Gc (Zone 2) for occasional explosive atmosphere. IECEx certification available for non-EU export markets. Certificate documentation package included for your SIL/HAZOP compliance records.
Chemical-Resistant Wetted Materials
Material selection depends on chemical compatibility: SUS316L for mild acids, alkalis and solvents; HDPE/PTFE-lined for concentrated acids (HCl, H₂SO₄, HNO₃) and strong oxidizers; Hastelloy C-276 for highly corrosive mixtures including hydrofluoric acid; standard SUS304 for non-corrosive applications. Full material traceability documentation with chemical compatibility report included.
Regulatory Compliance Ready
Designed for regulated chemical manufacturing: GHS/UN batch record output for every fill cycle, material certificate traceability for all product-contact components, CE Declaration of Conformity with ATEX Directive 2014/34/EU, and REACH compliance confirmation for wetted materials. Optional IECEX and cGMP documentation packages available for pharmaceutical and cosmetic chemical intermediates.

Perguntas frequentes
What types of chemicals can your chemical filling machine handle?▼
Our chemical filling machines handle: industrial acids (hydrochloric acid, sulfuric acid, phosphoric acid, acetic acid), alkalis (sodium hydroxide, potassium hydroxide, ammonia solution), organic solvents (acetone, MEK, toluene, xylene, isopropanol, ethanol), petrochemicals (mineral spirits, kerosene, naphtha), specialty chemicals (adhesives, resins, silicones, lubricants, surfactants), and agrochemicals. Wetted part material selection is chemical-specific — we require a completed Chemical Compatibility Form before final specification to ensure correct material selection.
What ATEX categories do your chemical filling machines cover?▼
Our chemical filling machines are available in: Zone 2 (Ex ec IIC T4 Gc) — for locations where explosive atmospheres occur occasionally during normal operation. Required for most solvent-filling environments. Zone 1 (Ex d IIB T4 Gb) — for locations where explosive atmospheres are present continuously or frequently. Required for filling highly flammable liquids (flash point <23°C) and Class IA flammable liquids. Zone 0 — for use inside vessels and containers where explosive atmospheres are present continuously. Zone 0 is addressed through process design rather than equipment certification in most filling applications. The correct zone classification is determined by the product flash point, vapor pressure and the filling room ventilation — we can assist with zone classification if needed.
How is material compatibility determined for my specific chemical?▼
We require completion of our Chemical Compatibility Form (available on request) which specifies: chemical name and CAS number, concentration, temperature at filling, pressure, and any known incompatibilities. Our engineering team then confirms wetted material selection against a comprehensive chemical resistance database. For novel or unusual chemicals, we recommend a material immersion test (30-day soak test) using coupons of the specified wetted materials. We provide the test coupons and a standard test protocol at no charge for qualified projects.
What is the difference between your chemical filling machine and drum filling machine?▼
The drum filling machine is optimized for large containers (50L–200L drums) with emphasis on net-weight accuracy (±0.05%) and high throughput (up to 120 drums/hour). The chemical filling machine covers a wider container range (1L–200L) with emphasis on chemical compatibility (broader material options) and regulatory compliance (GHS batch records, ATEX full system). For 200L drum filling of aggressive chemicals (acids, alkalis), the chemical filling machine with drum-size configuration is the appropriate choice. For high-volume drum filling of less aggressive chemicals (lubricants, water treatment chemicals), the drum filling machine is more cost-effective.
