Rajasthan Mineral Industries Ltd. operates one of India's largest ground calcium carbonate (GCC) processing plants, producing 2–20 micron fractions of both coated and uncoated GCC for the plastics, rubber and paper industries. With export contracts spanning Southeast Asia and the Middle East, the facility needed a jumbo bag filling machine capable of handling both 1MT and 1.5MT FIBCs while automatically distinguishing between five distinct GCC surface-treatment grades to maintain weight accuracy and prevent cross-grade contamination.
