الميزات الرئيسية
Vacuum Anti-Drip Technology
Patented vacuum suck-back at end of each fill cycle eliminates drip and overfill. Critical for alcohol-based fragrances and high-value perfumes where even micro-drips cause cosmetic contamination of the bottle exterior and giveaway losses.
Nitrogen Purge Option
Inline nitrogen purge displaces oxygen from the bottle before and after filling. Extends fragrance shelf life by preventing oxidation of top notes. Standard on premium and luxury fragrance lines. Optional on all models.
ATEX / IECEx Available
Perfume and cologne fillers handling high-percentage ethanol (>24% ABV) require explosion-proof equipment. ATEX Zone 1/2 certified versions available for EU markets; IECEx certification for export. Full system certification covers filling heads, pumps, control panels and conveyors.

الأسئلة الشائعة
1Why do perfume filling machines need vacuum anti-drip systems?
Fragrances and perfumes are alcohol-based (typically 70–92% ethanol) and have extremely low surface tension and viscosity (1–10 cps). At filling head withdrawal, this creates an uncontrolled drip that: (1) contaminates the bottle exterior — unacceptable on luxury packaging, (2) creates giveaway losses adding up to hundreds of dollars per hour on high-value fragrances, and (3) creates evaporative alcohol vapor in the filling area. Vacuum suck-back pulls back the liquid meniscus before the nozzle clears the bottle, achieving zero-drip fills.
2Does your perfume filling machine require ATEX certification?
ATEX certification is required when the ethanol content of the product exceeds 24% ABV (approximately 19% v/v). Most perfumes (EDC, EDT, EDP, parfum) are 70–92% ethanol, requiring Zone 1 or Zone 2 ATEX equipment. Our standard perfume filling machines are CE certified for non-ATEX applications. ATEX-certified versions (Ex d IIB T4 Gb, Zone 1) are available as a factory option. We strongly recommend the ATEX version for any ethanol-based fragrance filling.
3What bottle formats and cap types are supported?
Our perfume filling machines handle round, oval, square and custom-profile bottles in glass (standard and heavy-wall) and crystal. Bottle height range: 40–200mm; diameter: 20–80mm. Cap crimping heads for: aluminum crimp caps (standard 15mm and 20mm ferrule), pump spray caps, and screw-cap bottles. Inline crimping with torque control ensures consistent seal quality. Multi-format tooling changeover in 20–30 minutes.
4Can the machine fill both fragrance bottles and cosmetic serums?
Yes, with configuration changes. The vacuum anti-drip piston filling system handles both alcohol-based fragrances (1–10 cps) and water-based serums (10–100 cps) with minor nozzle and speed adjustments. For facilities producing both fragrance and skincare products, this dual-use capability can reduce capital investment. However, ATEX requirements apply whenever ethanol-content products are on the machine, so the ATEX version is required for dual-use applications.
