Key Features

🤖

Fully Automated Turnkey Production Line

A complete automatic lubricant oil filling machine system integrates bottle unscrambling, filling, cap feeding, capping, labeling, inkjet coding, and case packing into a single unmanned production line. The PLC-controlled system monitors every station in real time — detecting bottle jams, empty bottle runouts, cap feed errors, and fill-weight deviations. Operators need only replenish bulk product, caps, labels, and cartons; the line runs continuously with minimal intervention, achieving OEE (Overall Equipment Effectiveness) above 85% in optimized installations.

📡

Real-Time Weight Feedback & Reject System

The net-weight filling system uses in-line dynamic checkweighers after the fill station to verify every bottle's fill weight against the target (±0.1%). Bottles outside tolerance are automatically diverted to a rejection conveyor before the capping station — preventing underfill or overfill products from reaching caps, labels, and downstream stations. Rejected bottles are recirculated to an uncapping and re-fill bypass loop, recovering product value and reducing waste vs. traditional dump-and-discard rejection methods.

🔐

Industry 4.0 Data Logging & Traceability

The HMI stores complete production records for every batch: start/end time, product SKU, total bottles filled, average fill weight, standard deviation, rejection rate, and operator ID. Data exports to CSV or integrates via OPC-UA protocol to ERP, MES, and SCADA systems. Each bottle can carry an inkjet-printed lot code and timestamp linked to the batch record — providing full traceability required by automotive lubricant OEM supply chains, military specification lubricant contracts, and ISO 9001 quality systems.

Frequently Asked Questions

What does "automatic" mean in an automatic lubricant oil filling machine?

A fully automatic lubricant filling machine requires no manual intervention during production. Bottles are automatically fed from a bulk hopper through an unscrambler, conveyed to the filling station, filled, capped, labeled, coded, and case-packed — all without operators handling individual bottles. Operators load bulk supplies at the start of each run and perform end-of-shift quality checks. Semi-automatic machines require manual bottle placement before each fill, limiting speed to 200–500 bottles/hr. Full automation enables 3,000–12,000 bottles/hr with consistent quality.

What is the minimum order quantity for a turnkey line?

We design custom turnkey solutions for production volumes from 5,000 to 500,000+ bottles per day. There is no minimum output requirement for a single machine order. Typical entry-level turnkey systems (12-head rotary filler, single-lane conveyor, semi-automatic capper) start at approximately $35,000–$55,000 for a 3,000–5,000 bottle/hr line. Full turnkey systems with automated casing and palletizing for 10,000+ bottles/hr range from $120,000 to $250,000.

Can the line run multiple lubricant grades without full CIP?

Grade-to-grade changeover within the same lubricant family (e.g., switching from 5W-30 to 10W-40 motor oil) can be done with a 15-minute flush cycle using the same base oil grade — no full CIP required. Switching between different product families (e.g., motor oil to hydraulic oil to brake fluid) requires a full CIP cycle with solvent rinse (45–90 minutes). The PLC stores separate CIP programs for each product family change.

What after-sales support is included?

All HEMUfill systems include 12-month warranty on all mechanical and electrical components, remote PLC diagnostics via VPN connection, spare parts kit (common wear items: seals, gaskets, nozzle tips), on-site installation and training, and video operation manuals in English, Chinese, and Spanish. Extended service contracts (2–5 year) with annual preventive maintenance visits are available for large turnkey installations.
