Automatic Lubricant Oil Filling Machine

A fully automatic lubricant filling machine requires no manual intervention during production. Bottles are automatically fed from a bulk hopper through an unscrambler, conveyed to the filling station, filled, capped, labeled, coded, and case-packed — all without operators handling individual bottles. Operators load bulk supplies at the start of each run and perform end-of-shift quality checks. Semi-automatic machines require manual bottle placement before each fill, limiting speed to 200–500 bottles/hr. Full automation enables 3,000–12,000 bottles/hr with consistent quality.

We design custom turnkey solutions for production volumes from 5,000 to 500,000+ bottles per day. There is no minimum output requirement for a single machine order. Typical entry-level turnkey systems (12-head rotary filler, single-lane conveyor, semi-automatic capper) start at approximately $35,000–$55,000 for a 3,000–5,000 bottle/hr line. Full turnkey systems with automated casing and palletizing for 10,000+ bottles/hr range from $120,000 to $250,000.

Grade-to-grade changeover within the same lubricant family (e.g., switching from 5W-30 to 10W-40 motor oil) can be done with a 15-minute flush cycle using the same base oil grade — no full CIP required. Switching between different product families (e.g., motor oil to hydraulic oil to brake fluid) requires a full CIP cycle with solvent rinse (45–90 minutes). The PLC stores separate CIP programs for each product family change.

All HEMUfill systems include 12-month warranty on all mechanical and electrical components, remote PLC diagnostics via VPN connection, spare parts kit (common wear items: seals, gaskets, nozzle tips), on-site installation and training, and video operation manuals in English, Chinese, and Spanish. Extended service contracts (2–5 year) with annual preventive maintenance visits are available for large turnkey installations.
