Our cream filling machine handles products from light serums (1,000 cps) to heavy body butters (100,000 cps). For ultra-thick products like wax-based creams exceeding 100,000 cps, the heated jacket option maintains optimal filling temperature. The servo piston system automatically adjusts filling speed and pressure to maintain accuracy across the viscosity range.

The servo-driven piston achieves ±0.5% accuracy across the full range. On a 100ml fill, this equates to ±0.5ml variance — well within pharmaceutical and cosmetic industry standards. For micro-fills below 10ml, we recommend our lip gloss/nail polish machine which is specifically optimized for that range.

Manual changeover between cream types typically takes 15–30 minutes with the tool-free disassembly design. With the optional CIP system, automated rinse-clean-sanitize cycles complete in under 20 minutes without disassembly. Color cosmetic changeovers (where thorough cleaning is critical) average 25 minutes with CIP.

The standard configuration supports round, square, and oval jars, bottles, and tubes up to 200mm in diameter. Specialized tooling is available for: airless pump bottles, cosmetic tubes (with separate tube-filling option), wide-mouth jars, and custom packaging. Quick-release changeover tooling allows format switching in under 10 minutes.
