Lubricant Filling Machine
Lubricant filling machine for motor oil, hydraulic oil, gear oil and industrial lubricants. 500–3,000 bottles/hr. Net-weight accuracy ±0.1%. PET/HDPE bottles 100ml–20L. CE & ISO 9001 certified.
Key Features
Multi-Viscosity Piston Filling
Handles the full lubricant viscosity range from light hydraulic oils (5–50 cP) to heavy gear oils and greases (5,000–10,000 cP) using interchangeable piston and pump configurations. Servo-driven piston delivers consistent dose volumes across temperature variations — critical for seasonal production where oil viscosity shifts. Oil-resistant seals and PTFE-lined product pathways prevent contamination and extend service life.
Anti-Drip & Anti-Overflow Nozzles
Lubricant products are high-value and difficult to clean from equipment surfaces. Our pneumatic anti-drip nozzles use a precision ball valve with spring-loaded closure that creates a positive seal immediately after each fill cycle. Drip trays with automatic drain catch any residual oil, keeping the production line clean and reducing waste. The anti-overflow sensor detects overfill conditions and triggers an emergency stop within 50ms.
Net-Weight Filling for Compliance
Many lubricant markets — EU, USA, Australia — require declared net weight on the label (e.g., "1 liter / 0.946 kg"). Our net-weight filling system uses load cells under each filling station to fill to a precise target weight regardless of density variation between batches. This eliminates the need for density adjustment when switching between mineral oil, semi-synthetic, and full-synthetic lubricant grades.

Frequently Asked Questions
What types of lubricants can this machine fill?▼
Our lubricant filling machine handles motor oil (5W-30, 10W-40), hydraulic oil, gear oil, transmission fluid, brake fluid, cutting fluid, and industrial greases. The viscosity range covers 5–10,000 cP. For greases above 10,000 cP (NLGI Grade 1–3), a specialized grease filling machine with heated hoppers and positive displacement pumps is recommended.
What bottle and container formats are supported?▼
Standard configurations handle PET and HDPE bottles from 100ml to 5L (common retail lubricant formats), and HDPE jerry cans from 4L to 20L. Metal cans (1L–5L) require a separate can seaming station. All standard closure types are supported: screw caps, push-on caps, and pour spouts with tamper-evident seals.
How accurate is the filling for declared-weight compliance?▼
Net-weight filling accuracy is ±0.1% using load-cell-based weighing at each fill station. For a 1L bottle (approx. 0.88kg for 15W-40 motor oil), this means ±0.88g per bottle — well within EU Directive 2009/34/EC and NIST Handbook 133 tolerances for declared net content. Volumetric filling accuracy is ±0.3% for less regulated markets.
Can the machine handle both bottles and drums on the same line?▼
A single inline bottle filling line is optimized for 100ml–20L containers. For 200L steel drums, a separate drum filling station with a net-weight drum filler is required. Many customers run separate bottle and drum filling lines in parallel, or switch the bottle line over to a drum filling station for large-format production runs.
