Automatic Edible Oil Filling Machine

Our automatic edible oil filling machines handle all common cooking oils: sunflower, soybean, canola, corn, peanut, palm, olive, coconut, sesame and blended vegetable oils. Palm oil and coconut oil variants include a heated jacket system (40–70°C) to maintain optimal filling viscosity. Viscosity range: 20–200 cps.

Standard automatic edible oil filling lines achieve 2,000–4,000 bottles/hour for 1L–5L containers and 4,000–6,000 bottles/hour for 250ml–1L containers. High-speed servo models achieve up to 8,000 bottles/hour on 1L bottles. Actual speed depends on bottle format, cap type, and fill volume.

Net-weight filling systems achieve ±0.3% accuracy (±1.5g on a 500ml fill), meeting commercial weights & measures requirements. Volumetric piston filling achieves ±0.5%. For premium olive oil and high-value specialty oils, flow meter filling achieves ±0.2% accuracy.
