Edible Oil Bottle Filling Machine

Our edible oil bottle filling machines support PET bottles (100ml–5L), HDPE bottles (250ml–25L), glass bottles (100ml–1L for premium oils), and tin cans (1L–25L). Machines accommodate round, square, and custom-shaped bottles. Quick-change format parts enable switching between bottle sizes in under 20 minutes.

Standard edible oil bottle filling lines achieve 2,000–4,000 bottles/hour for 1L–5L bottles and 4,000–6,000 bottles/hour for 100ml–1L bottles. High-speed servo models achieve up to 8,000 bottles/hour on 1L format. Capping, labeling and date coding units can be integrated inline for complete line efficiency.

Yes. Our multi-format edible oil bottle filling machines can be configured to run PET, HDPE, and glass bottles on the same base machine with format changeover tooling. A format change (e.g., 500ml PET to 1L glass) takes approximately 20–30 minutes. Dedicated single-format lines are also available for higher throughput.

Yes. For premium olive oil, sesame oil, and specialty culinary oils, we recommend flow meter filling systems achieving ±0.2% accuracy — higher precision than standard net-weight systems. Glass bottle-compatible variants with gentle filling nozzles prevent foaming and preserve oil clarity. Nitrogen blanketing option available to extend shelf life.

Yes. Most of our edible oil bottle filling machines cover a 100ml–5L range with quick-change format tooling. A dedicated large-format line is recommended for 5L–25L containers to optimize throughput. For 5L jerry cans, we recommend our drum and large-container filling lines which are optimized for that format.

Net-weight filling systems achieve ±0.3% accuracy — approximately ±1.5g on a 500ml fill — meeting commercial weights and measures requirements in most markets including EU, Middle East and African markets. This accuracy reduces product giveaway and overfill losses compared to volumetric piston filling (±0.5%).
