Key Features
High-Speed Rotary Filling Carousel
A rotary carousel design allows continuous product flow without the stop-start cycle of linear machines. At 12 heads, the carousel achieves 4,000–6,000 1L bottle fills per hour at 200 RPM dial speed — essential for high-volume lubricant brands and private-label co-packers. The rotary design also reduces floor footprint by 30% compared to equivalent-output linear machines, while eliminating the vibration that causes measurement drift in piston systems.
Format Changeover in Under 15 Minutes
Lubricant brands commonly run 500ml, 1L, 4L, and 5L formats on the same production shift. Our quick-change nozzle and bottle guide system uses tool-free clamp adjustments and indexed height stops, enabling complete format changes in under 15 minutes. Each format recipe is stored in the PLC memory (up to 50 recipes) and recalled with a single operator touchscreen selection — no manual measurement or trial fills required.
CIP-Ready Oil-Compatible Construction
Lubricant products are petroleum-based and require dedicated cleaning protocols to prevent cross-contamination between grades. Our machine uses stainless steel 316L product contact surfaces, PTFE-lined flow paths, and food-grade mineral-oil-compatible seals. The CIP (clean-in-place) system circulates cleaning solvent through all product pathways automatically — reducing changeover cleaning time from 4 hours to 45 minutes while meeting ISO cleanliness standards for hydraulic and engine oil production.

Frequently Asked Questions
What is the difference between a rotary lubricant oil filling machine and a linear one?▼
A rotary filling machine uses a continuously rotating carousel where bottles are filled while moving in a circle, enabling much higher throughput (2,000–6,000 bottles/hr) without stopping. A linear machine fills bottles in a stationary position, then indexes them forward — better for lower volumes (500–2,000 bottles/hr) or when frequent format changes are required. For dedicated lubricant lines with consistent bottle formats, rotary is preferred. For contract packers handling many SKUs, linear offers faster changeover.
Can this machine handle both petroleum-based and synthetic lubricants?▼
Yes. The 316L stainless steel and PTFE product contact surfaces are compatible with petroleum-based (mineral), semi-synthetic, and full-synthetic lubricant grades. The machine handles viscosity from 5W-30 (light, 60–100 cP at 40°C) to 20W-50 (heavy, 200–350 cP at 40°C). For extreme-pressure gear oils or transmission fluids above 500 cP, heating jackets on the product tank and flow paths are recommended to maintain consistent viscosity during filling.
What closure types can be applied after filling?▼
The machine integrates directly with inline capping units. Supported closure types include ROPP aluminum caps (common for motor oil bottles), plastic screw caps with induction sealing, push-on pour spouts, and tamper-evident caps. The capping unit can be positioned immediately after the filling carousel in a monoblock configuration, or as a separate inline station.
What is the lead time and installation process?▼
Standard configurations (8-head, 12-head) have a manufacturing lead time of 45–60 days. Full turnkey installation including PLC programming, operator training, and trial production runs takes 5–7 days on-site. We provide factory acceptance testing (FAT) before shipment so you can verify output speeds and accuracy before the machine ships.
