Quotation Validity
Unless otherwise stated in the quotation document, written quotations are valid for 30 days from the date of issue. Fluctuations in raw material costs and exchange rates may affect final pricing.
Product Specifications
Specifications may vary based on customer requirements, destination-country standards (e.g., ATEX, CE, FDA certification requirements), or technical improvements. Final specifications are governed by the mutually confirmed technical agreement.

4Orders & Payment Terms
All orders require a formal sales contract signed by both parties. The following are our standard commercial terms; specific terms are subject to the contract:

5Warranty & After-Sales Service
All equipment is inspected and tested in accordance with our ISO 9001 quality management system. All machines must pass no-load and load acceptance tests prior to shipment.
Warranty Period
For a period of 12 months from the date the equipment arrives at the buyer's destination port, we provide free repair or spare-part replacement for failures caused by manufacturing defects or material quality issues (excluding consumables, damage caused by misuse, and force majeure events).
Remote Technical Support
Free remote technical support (video guidance, technical documents, troubleshooting) is provided during the warranty period. Service hours: Monday–Friday, 09:00–18:00 China Standard Time (UTC+8).
On-Site Service
On-site installation, commissioning, or technical training can be arranged and quoted separately as required. The customer is responsible for the engineer's international travel, accommodation, and visa costs.
Spare Parts Supply
We commit to maintaining a supply of genuine spare parts for at least 10 years after equipment delivery, ensuring full-lifecycle serviceability.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we shall not be liable for:
7Export Compliance
The buyer is responsible for ensuring that the import, installation, and use of purchased equipment complies with all applicable laws and regulations in the buyer's country or region, including import permits, customs duties, technical standard certifications (e.g., CE, UL, EAC), and any export control requirements. We may assist in providing necessary technical documents to support the buyer's certification applications as agreed in the contract, but ultimate compliance responsibility rests with the buyer.

If negotiation fails, either party may submit the dispute to the Shanghai International Arbitration Center (SHIAC) for arbitration in accordance with its prevailing rules. The seat of arbitration shall be Shanghai; the language of arbitration shall be Chinese or English as agreed by the parties.
